A bit of history...

I began my journey in graphic design while in High School (SC). My eye for photography was encouraged by my wonderful teacher, Mr. Gill Huggins and from there the path blossomed. I went into Journalism as a junior and became head photographer of the Tribe Staff my senior year. I loved photographing and developing images for our award winning yearbook - it was my passion to capture moments that others could reflect on an smile.

My college experience took me on a journey to northern Michigan were I attended Baker College in Cadillac, MI. where I graduated Magna Cum Laud in Graphic Communications in 1996.

I married my high school sweet heart in 1996 and we moved to South Dakota. My husband and I were stationed at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City, SD where I worked for the 28th Services Squadron Marketing and Publicity Department as a Visual Information Specialist.

My husband received an Honorable Discharge from the USAF in 1998 and we returned to SC. I spent several years working with some of the best graphic designers and publishers in SC & GA. From LifeSprings Resources in Franklin Springs, GA. to Print It! in Seneca, SC - in house graphic designing was my forte.  I loved working with clients, solving complex problems and taking ideas and transforming them to tangible marketing solutions.

I opened/operated a photography studio (Captured Moments Photography) with my sister-in-law in Westminster, SC. Studio work, weddings, event photography, product photography and graphic design highlighted our studio and we enjoyed working together to create moments our clients would cherish.

I became pregnant in 2003 and continued on with studio until after my daughter was born. My studio “plans” changed as our family changed and I chose to stay home full-time with my daughter and freelance to a select group of clients, photographing and designing under JuJuGrafiks.

I returned back to school full-time in 2010 and graduated with a BS in Advertising December 2012. from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. While in school, I continued freelancing, designing and photographing helping to strengthen the overall success of each project/event.

Today I am excited to do what I love and use my skills to help bring happiness to those I work with be it a bride and groom on their big day or a large corporation with a marketing campaign.  My skill set is vast but my passion is precise - to provide quality products and services to those which whom I serve.
